Staying here was a delight as I could easily stroll just a few steps to the beautiful beach, while also having a great selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance, including fantastic spots like 3 Scoops Ice Cream and Subway which were just a short 2-minute walk away; the hotel has lots of amenities like a nice pool area and a bar with outdoor movies, although a few areas could use some renovations but that didn't diminish my overall experience!

The hotel offers great value for families. There are ample activities for kids-swimming, beach play, and outdoor movies kept them thoroughly entertained. Breakfast exceeded expectations with plenty of options. cleanliness requires improvement. Dried splatters on the wall were disappointing, and the room's heater emitted an unpleasant odor. Curtains were non-functional for light control, and the balcony door was troublesome. The location is ideal, right on the main road and close to enjoyable eateries, while the staff is generally accommodating. A standout experience was check-in with Lou, who was genuinely helpful. A recommendation: ensure front desk staff maintain a professional presence. I would return, but with a few adjustments.

Friendly staff and an unbeatable location across from the beach made the trip enjoyable. Lounging by the pool was blissful, with plenty of loungers available. the A/C unit was quite noisy, but it did the job in the summer heat. The room's cleanliness left room for improvement, and the slow elevator tested patience. Breakfast was average, and food prices at the tiki bar felt steep-$15 for two small tacos? A bit much. Communication about early check-in could be clearer. Despite the hiccups, the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. Interested in returning.

Beachside Hotel And Suites offers a delightful atmosphere with a very cute decor. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making your stay enjoyable. Although the rooms could be cleaner at times, the variety of activities for kids, including outdoor movies and beach access, make it a memorable experience.

I could float along the Lazy River with a drink, or chill under the Tiki Hut. Fun amenities like pool, hot tub, and games. Close to Cocoa Beach Pier. The free happy hour at Lagoon Lounge was a hit!

Enjoyed listening to the lovely sound of luggage and housekeeping carts outside my room.

Our time at the hotel was incredible thanks to the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, especially Lue. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with valuable information and recommendations. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, creating a tropical atmosphere. As a mom traveling with my teenage daughter, I felt safe and comfortable within the resort. The hotel staff was accommodating and quickly resolved any issues we had, such as providing a quieter room when our initial one had noisy neighbors. The location was convenient, with a shuttle to the port and close proximity to the beach. it was a fantastic experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was a slight annoyance from one of the front desk employees when our large family gathered in the lobby. However, this did not significantly impact our overall stay.

Man, let me tell ya, the lazy river & pool were pristine, like I'm talking top-notch spotless. And the breakfast spread was on point, so much variety and all nicely laid out. Plus, being just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach and a short walk from the pier? Can't beat that for location!

Now, not to rain on the parade, but that $25 pet fee per night? And don't get me started on that dog-walking patch in the parking lot – tripped and twisted my ankle on that sneaky incline.

Clean rooms, good breakfast variety, close to Cocoa Beach and pier, great hot tub and pool.

Felt very at home, no complaints.

I booked a pool view room, but the view was disappointing. The amenities, lazy river, and beach access were great. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. I had an enjoyable stay. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
